Role Summary
We are seeking a full-time Showroom Sales Supervisor to oversee operations at our showroom located in Ho in the Volta Region. This on-site role involves managing showroom sales, supervising staff, and ensuring outstanding customer service.

The individual will develop sales strategies, train and motivate team members, manage inventory, and maintain the showroom to ensure it reflects a high standard of our brand. Collaboration with various teams to drive sales and enhance customer experiences is a key element of this role.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to excel in client interactions and build lasting relationships.
- Sales and Sales Management experience in driving revenue and achieving targets through effective strategies.
- Proficiency in managing and operating Showrooms with a focus on creating appealing presentations to enhance customer experiences.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills to train, support, and guide team members effectively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to handle inventory, manage daily operations, and ensure efficiency.
- A passion for sales and customer satisfaction, with accountability for achieving high-performance outcomes.
- Relevant academic qualifications, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, are highly desirable.
