Responsibilities
The successful candidate shall perform the following duties but not limited to;
- Responsible for training, coaching and improving performance of field agents and sales team
- Determine the needs by analyzing sales results, spending time on fields and laison with sales supervisors and managers
- Develop and update training materials that improve sales for field associates
- Monitor agent performance and track the impact of training on associate productivity, quality scores and retention
- Train new recruits in all aspect that will help them sell effectively
- Responsible for all logistics arrangement for training including conducting training needs analysis , developing customized curriculum and learning activities and implementing training programs to address needs identified
- Track and report training effectiveness and performance key indicators
- Ensure all agents achieve an average of 85% monthly assessment on products
- Ensure punctuality and 98% attendance on daily basis
- Create awareness to all field associates on specified information security /data protection requirements
- Attain 100% accuracy and completeness of training reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory standards
- Work within training budget and control cost
- Create healthy team spirit as well as an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Perform other training related task that may be assigned
- Support in identifying and recruitment of new and prospective field sales associates
Required Skills or Experience
The Candidate
- HND, First degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resource or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in training, coaching or field sales
- Experience in insurance-related, FMCG is an advantage
- Fluent in English and Twi, any local Ghanaian language is an advantage
- Strong team player
- Strong interpersonal and good human relations skills
- Ability to work in the office and in the field
- Should be able to review data and share constructive feedback
- Should have completed national service
- Conversant with MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Residence in Accra or ready to relocate
