Lakeside Marina Park—one of Ghana’s leading eco-tourism and recreational destinations—is seeking an experienced and dynamic Park Manager to lead operations, enhance visitor experience, and drive sustainable growth.
Located within the vibrant Lakeside Estate community, the Marina Park is a flagship lifestyle destination featuring family-friendly attractions, water-based recreation, and hospitality services. This role is critical to maintaining operational excellence while delivering memorable experiences to visitors.
Role Overview
The Park Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of Lakeside Marina Park, ensuring high standards across customer experience, safety, facility management, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate is both operationally strong and customer-focused, with the ability to lead teams and optimize performance in a fast-paced recreational environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all park operations, including recreational facilities, events, and guest services
- Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging environment for all visitors
- Lead and supervise cross-functional teams across operations, customer service, and F&B
- Drive revenue growth through improved visitor experience and strategic programming
- Oversee food & beverage operations and vendor performance
- Coordinate events and activities to increase park traffic and engagement
- Monitor operational systems, including POS and basic digital tools
- Maintain high service standards aligned with Lakeside Estate’s brand values
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years’ proven experience in park management, hospitality, or recreational facility operations
- Degree (and preferably a Master’s) in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, with hands-on experience in F&B operations
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
- Proficiency in operating POS systems; basic programming or system setup skills are an advantage
- Excellent customer service, communication, and event management skills
