Summary:
The role is pivotal in driving the growth and operational effectiveness of Telecel’s SME and SOHO sales initiatives across assigned regions within the TBS market. The incumbent will lead, recruit, and manage high-performing teams across Mobile, Fixed Broadband (FBB), and Fixed Voice & Data channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk mitigation strategies. Responsible for executing targeted sales activities across SMEs, SOHOs, gated communities, and commercial properties, the role demands strategic leadership, market insight, and operational coordination.
The position also plays a key part in shaping commercial strategies, enhancing indirect channel performance, and contributing to product development and go-to-market execution. Regular reporting to the Regional Head ensures transparency and strategic direction, while continuous market analysis and innovation support long-term competitiveness and profitability in a dynamic telecoms landscape.
