Duties:
- Responsible for generating revenue by closing sales deals
- Daily cold-calling and sales prospecting
- Sells products and services directly to new and existing customers primarily via face-to-face contact
- Creates and performs sales presentations to match company's products/services with identified needs of potential customers
- Remains knowledgeable of company's products/services to facilitate sales activities
- Maintains a healthy sales pipeline cover required to achieve monthly sales targets
- Records and prepares sales reports as required
- Compliance with company minimum standards for the sales function
- Develops strong relationships with customers to ensure sensitivity to the customer’s needs, concerns, and emerging requirements.
- Alerts customers to new or improved products/services of the company
- Monitor and report to sales manager regularly on the changing needs and requirements of the market
- Usually responsible for transactional or non-complex sales.
- Operates under close to moderate or no supervision.
- Commitment to achieving monthly sales targets
Experience & Skills:
- Ability to adapt quickly to company products/services and sales strategy
- Proven sales experience and sales target achievement in the past
- Knowledge of B2B marketing
- Customer Service Background
- Experience in selling premium brands at premium prices
- Able to operate in a performance driven organization
- Excellent planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent and effective communications skills (orally and in writing)
- High personal standards and goal oriented
- Customer Focus
- Collaborating and a Team Player
- Good negotiation Skills

Minimum qualification
- 24 months active sales experience
- Diploma/ Degree in Sales & Marketing
- Able to work under stress with short-term targets and objectives
- IT literate
- Resident in Accra or ready to relocate to Accra as soon as possible
- Must have a driver’s license
