We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HSE Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our health, safety, and environmental initiatives to ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Provide safety training and awareness programs to staff.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and company HSE requirements. Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
Required Skills or Experience
Academic Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Professional Qualification:
- NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) OR IOSH Managing Safely certification
Work Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in an HSE role, preferably within industrial, construction, or manufacturing environments.
