About the Role
We are looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media & Content Marketing Strategist to lead our digital presence across all major platforms. In this role, you will shape our brand voice, build high-performing social strategies, and produce compelling content that connects with customers and drives revenue for our fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) business.
The ideal candidate is both a hands-on creator and a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, low-structure environment.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute a social media strategy that increases brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Build a consistent brand voice tailored to each platform’s culture and audience.
- Create and manage social content calendars aligned with marketing and business goals.

Content Creation (Hands?On)
- Conceptualize, script, shoot, edit, and publish content—including short-form videos, product showcases, reels, stories, and posts.
- Produce engaging content that highlights our products, promotions, brand values, and customer use cases.
- Stay ahead of trends to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.
Community Engagement
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries across platforms.
- Facilitate conversations, build online communities, and nurture customer relationships.
- Manage WhatsApp and other direct-to-customer channels for updates, content, and customer engagement.
Digital Marketing & Performance
- Own key digital performance levers across **SEO, SMO, SEM, PPC, and AI Search** as they relate to social visibility and traffic growth.
- Monitor analytics (platform insights, Google Analytics, etc.) to evaluate content performance, audience behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
- Use data to refine social strategies and continuously improve ROI.
Platform & Content Operations
- Ensure timely updates to the website, social platforms, and messaging channels with accurate content.
- Establish efficient content workflows, posting schedules, and reporting systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, promotions, and retail/wholesale initiatives.
Required Skills or Experience
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated experience building social media content strategies that drive measurable growth.
- Hands-on expertise creating and editing content—especially short-form video.
- Proficiency with social analytics tools and a data-driven approach to optimization.
- Experience in FMCG or fast-paced B2C environments is a strong advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a low-structure environment and build processes from the ground up.
