Job Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise bakery production schedules.
- Ensure timely delivery of baked goods while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Monitor inventory of raw materials and finished products.
- Implement and enforce food safety and hygiene standards.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.
- Supervise, train, and motivate bakery staff.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and foster a positive work environment.
- Manage shift schedules and resolve staffing issues.
- Optimize production processes to reduce waste and improve output.
- Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs when necessary.
- Track production costs and support budget management.
- Prepare daily/weekly production reports.
Qualification Required & Experience
- 2 - 3 years of experience in a bakery
