U-Turn Health is seeking a dependable and highly organized Operations Support Specialist to join our team in Kasoa. This position plays a key role in staffing coordination, scheduling support, documentation management, and day-to-day operational problem-solving. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and confident communicating in a fast-moving environment. If you thrive under pressure, think quickly, and can manage urgent operational needs with professionalism, we would like to hear from you.

Applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance of our office location in Kasoa.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling & Shift Management: Maintain field staff schedules, backfill shifts, and address scheduling-related issues.
  • Documentation Management: Organize, manage, and securely file staff and client records.
  • Issue Resolution: Address off-hour concerns and resolve scheduling complaints to support smooth operations.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with recruiting, including managing resumes and responding to job ad inquiries.
  • Administrative Assistance: Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Client & Staff Inquiries: Respond professionally to inquiries, ensuring clear communication.
  • Additional Duties: Handle other reasonable duties as needed for operational support.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience: 2 years in a call centre or similar environment.
  • Experience: Human resource management

Desired Competencies:

Availability: High availability with flexibility to work various shifts without conflicting commitments, including evenings, overnight, and weekends.

Communication:

  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
  • English proficiency with clear and effective communication in a standard U.S accent.

Personality and Problem-Solving:

  • Strong, confident personality with quick-thinking and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Capable of anticipating and overcoming objections.

Influence and Negotiation: Strong negotiation and influence skills.

Judgment and Confidentiality: Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and adapt sensitively to changing situations.

Technical Skills: Tech-savvy with proficiency in managing high volumes of texts and calls.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all interactions. In the screening question referencing attention to detail, please respond with the numeric six, regardless of your years of experience.

Time Management and Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
