Fountainhead Christian School is seeking a responsible, honest, and customer-friendly Shop Attendant to manage the school shop and serve students, staff, and visitors efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell food, stationery, and other school items to students and staff
- Handle cash, POS transactions, and keep accurate daily sales records
- Restock shelves and ensure products are well arranged
- Monitor inventory and report low stock levels
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the shop at all times
- Provide friendly and respectful customer service to students
- Ensure pricing is correct and products are properly labelled
- Support basic record-keeping and reporting to management

Required Skills or Experience
- Minimum SHS certificate (additional training is a plus)
- Previous experience in retail or shop management is an advantage
- Honest, reliable, and trustworthy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced school environment
- Must be patient and good with children
