Job Summary
Lead the maintenance of all electrical installations within the LFHC facility while also providing general services support as required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Electrical and General Services
- Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
- Performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed.
- Be involved in the installation of electrical equipment (even when led by third-party suppliers).
- Proactive/Preventive fault finding on electrical systems.
- Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
- Advise management on whether the continued operation of the equipment could be hazardous.
- Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining records and files, preparing reports and ordering supplies and equipment.
- Repair or replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
- Provide preliminary cost estimates for materials and services.
- Responsible for safety and housekeeping
- Attend to any site-related queries as required.
Crematorium
- Assist with operating cremation equipment following all laid down processes and standards
- Ensure the creation chamber is in proper working order
- Assist with carrying out cremations as scheduled

Required Skills or Experience
Education and Experience
- Appropriate certification in Electrical/Technical Science
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Electrical Technician
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
