At Telecel Ghana, we are passionate about connecting people and enabling digital transformation across the country. Our Internship Program offers students hands-on experience in a dynamic telecommunications environment while learning from industry professionals.
This program is designed to develop future talent by providing practical exposure, mentorship, and opportunities to contribute to real business projects.
Key Responsibilities
As an intern, you will:
- Support day-to-day activities within your assigned department
- Assist with research, reporting, and data analysis
- Participate in team meetings and project discussions
- Contribute ideas and solutions to ongoing projects
- Collaborate with colleagues across different teams
- Complete assigned tasks and learning objectives during the internship period

Requirements
We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
- Currently in the 2nd or 3rd year of university
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
