Job Summary
The Inventory Manager at Black Park Limited will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our stock lifecycle. You will ensure that our four retail branches are consistently supplied while maintaining rigorous control over our four warehouse locations. The goal is to minimize shrinkage, optimize storage for materials, and ensure 100% accuracy between physical stock and digital records.
Key Responsibilities
- Stock Oversight & Movement: Coordinate the seamless transfer of goods between warehouses and sales branches to meet customer demand without overstocking.
- Audit & Reconciliation: Lead monthly and quarterly comprehensive stock counts. Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and system data immediately.
- Supplier & Inbound Logistics: Manage the receiving process for local and international shipments, ensuring all items (from large-scale boards to delicate hardware) are inspected for quality and logged accurately.
- Warehouse Optimization: Design and implement efficient storage layouts across all four warehouses to maximize space and improve the speed of the "cutting and edging" workflow.
- Reporting & Analytics: Provide weekly reports on stock levels, fast-moving items, and aging inventory to assist the management team in procurement decisions.
- Team Leadership: Supervise warehouse staff and dispatch teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and organised record-keeping.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in inventory or supply chain management.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in inventory management software (ERP/WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
- Multi-Site Management: Proven ability to coordinate operations across multiple physical locations simultaneously.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong mathematical skills with a focus on precision and data integrity.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to navigate warehouse environments and oversee the handling of heavy or specialized materials.
