Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our online support team.
- The successful candidate will handle incoming customer calls, respond to enquiries, and address concerns professionally and efficiently.
- The role involves managing both inbound and outbound calls, actively listening to customers’ needs, identifying issues, and providing appropriate, timely solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
Required Skills or Experience
Educational & Professional Requirements
- Diploma or HND in Secretaryship and Management /Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration / Certificate in Customer Service or a related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum of TWO (2) years’ experience in Customer Service.
- Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of excellent performance and good conduct.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally.
