Key Responsibilities
- Monitor team members and purchasing department tasks
- Design purchase plans and create strategies for buying
- Make lists of necessary supplies, materials, services and equipment
- Enforce procurement regulations within the company and externally
- Compare products and choose the more efficient and cost-effective ones
- Review purchases and analyse current buying and spending patterns
- Record inventory and manage stock levels when purchasing
- Prepare and maintain purchase and pricing information in spreadsheets
- Update vendor names, locations, delivery times and product information
- Assess and research potential vendors for materials and products
- Create pricing sheets, cost assessment reports and budgeting materials

Required Skills or Experience
- Qualifications: bachelor's degree.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
