AutoPadi is an early-stage tech startup building a smarter platform to support drivers and verified auto service providers (mechanics, auto parts dealers, etc).
Our MVP is complete. We are now entering the most important phase: market validation, early traction, and growth.
We are looking for a highly driven, street-smart, execution-focused intern who wants to work directly with the founder to help us validate and grow the product in the field.
This is not a social media posting role.
This is not a “learn and observe” internship.
This is real responsibility.
If you want comfort, this is not for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan Sales and Marketing strategies with the team.
- Onboard drivers and car owners onto the platform
- Onboard, verify, and build relationships with mechanics in selected zones
- Help organize controlled product testing sessions
- Document objections and user behavior insights
- Assist build social communities (WhatsApp/Telegram) of early users
- Collect user feedback and report insights
- Support partnerships with relevant businesses
- Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly growth metrics

Who We’re Looking For
You might be a great fit if you:

Internship Structure
Duration: 3 Months
Type: Field + Strategy + Execution (in-person & online)
Location: Accra
This internship is performance-based and designed to identify future leaders.
Compensation
We currently offer:
- Weekly cost allowance (transport)
- Monthly Allowance up to GHS 450 (dependent on task completion)
- Performance-based rewards
- Bonuses for milestones
- If you perform exceptionally well, there is a clear pathway to transition into Sales, Marketing & Growth Lead after 3 months.
