Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Sales Executive to join our team in the Central Market region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily sales activities, ensuring timely collection of customer payments, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on daily sales transactions and ensure timely collection of customer payments.
- Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen business relationships.
- Collect and analyze competitors’ pricing information to support market strategy.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with major clients.
- Maintain and develop long-term customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
- Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the Central Region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- Previous work experience in a manufacturing enterprise is an advantage.
- Proven experience in negotiating with major or key accounts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to pursue high-performance income opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet sales targets.
