We are seeking a results-driven and professional Real Estate Broker to join our growing team in Ghana. The ideal candidate must be proactive, trustworthy, and passionate about property sales and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and list properties for sale or rent
- Market properties through digital and offline channels
- Conduct property viewings with clients
- Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, and landlords
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare necessary documentation and follow through on transactions
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of a First Degree (Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or related field preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven sales or marketing experience (real estate experience is an advantage)
- Good knowledge of the Ghana property market
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Must be tech-savvy and familiar with social media marketing
- Know how to drive with a license
Salary: GHS 4,000
