Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Accra for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The role involves developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our content and services. Responsibilities include managing social media platforms, analyzing performance metrics, optimizing online marketing strategies, and collaborating with the team to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, and Social Media Marketing strategies
- Experience with Web Analytics and data analysis to measure campaign success and ROI
- Strong Communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with internal teams
- Knowledge of SEO and familiarity with relevant tools and platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in the media or publishing industry is a plus
