Agromyx is expanding across Ghana and ECOWAS markets, and we are looking for a high-performing Marketing & Sales Officer who understands distribution, revenue growth, and field execution.

What You Will Be Responsible For
Revenue & Market Expansion
- Drive monthly and annual sales targets
- Identify and onboard distributors, wholesalers, and key retail accounts
- Expand into new regional and ECOWAS markets
- Negotiate trade terms and close deals
Marketing Execution
- Implement brand visibility strategies
- Coordinate promotions and in-store activations
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis
Field Operations
- Perform routine market visits
- Ensure strong product placement and distribution coverage
- Maintain healthy distributor and retailer relationships
Reporting & KPIs
- Weekly sales reporting
- Track distribution growth, revenue, and collections
- Provide structured commercial insights to management

What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in FMCG or the food industry sales
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Highly target-driven and self-motivated
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
