Position Summary
The Sales and Marketing Manager leads all sales and marketing initiatives across Bricks & Mint's diverse business portfolio including civil construction, infrastructure, fleet services, and trading operations. This senior leadership position is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing marketing strategies, building client relationships, and expanding market presence in Ghana's construction and business services sectors.

Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
- MBA or professional marketing qualifications (CIM) highly preferred
Experience
- Minimum 7-10 years progressive sales and marketing experience
- At least 5 years in managerial/leadership role
- Proven track record in B2B sales and business development
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or related industries preferred
- Successful history of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
- Experience managing sales and marketing teams
