Job Description
- Department: Auto Business Division - Fleet Management
- Reports To: Auto Business Division Head
Position Summary
The Fleet Operations Manager oversees all aspects of Bricks & Mint's fleet operations including vehicle sales, rentals, corporate leasing, and internal company fleet. This strategic leadership role is responsible for optimizing fleet performance, managing operations across multiple service lines, controlling costs, ensuring safety and compliance, and driving revenue growth through excellent customer service.

Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- MBA or professional certifications (PMP, Fleet Management) preferred
Experience
- Minimum 5-7 years fleet management experience
- At least 3 years in supervisory/managerial role
- Experience managing diverse fleet operations (rental, leasing, corporate)
- Proven track record in cost management and optimization
- Experience with fleet management software/telematics
Skills and Competencies
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent strategic planning and analytical abilities
- Financial acumen and budget management
- In-depth knowledge of fleet operations and best practices
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Customer service orientation
- Proficiency in fleet management software and MS Office
- Data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Ghana transportation regulations
- Project management capabilities
Salary: GHS 6000 net per month
