We aim to give street-connected children in Ghana a dignified life and a bright future. Our mission is to improve the safety, well-being, and livelihood of street-connected children and their families.

Currently, we are on this mission in eight (8) locations: Accra, Tema, Kasoa, Hebron, Kumasi, Tamale, Takoradi, and Dambai, using an integrated approach of street work, prevention in communities, reintegration, and effective collaborations with different partners and stakeholders. Required Skills or Experience
To thrive in this role, you should have:
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of a Diploma or First Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Integrated Development Studies, Community Development, or related field.
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience working with children, youth, and families, preferably in street-connected or community-based contexts.
- Demonstrated experience in casework and child-centered approaches.
- Strong understanding of diverse cultural and socio-economic contexts.
Technical Skills
- Strong case management and assessment skills.
- Proficiency in accurate data entry, documentation, and basic M&E processes.
- Working knowledge of database systems and digital tools (an advantage).
Interpersonal & Community Skills
- Excellent relationship-building skills with children, youth, families, and community stakeholders.
- Strong facilitation skills for group and community sessions.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound judgement, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
Digital & Administrative Skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to use digital technology to support program delivery and community engagement.
Additional Requirements
- Fluency in English and Twi is required; knowledge of Hausa or other Ghanaian languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while functioning effectively within a team.
- Willingness to spend extensive time in communities and field-based settings.
- Commitment to child safeguarding, ethical practice, and organizational values.
