Join our team as a Product Support Specialist – Underground, where you’ll play a key role in supporting advanced Hauling and Loading Equipment for our mining customers. You’ll help drive customer satisfaction by delivering fast, effective technical support across our division’s products and services, contributing directly to operational excellence and growth initiatives.
In this dynamic role, you’ll tackle real-time troubleshooting of system malfunctions and provide solutions to complex design challenges—especially when unique applications push beyond traditional engineering limits. Your Mission
- Report to the Regional Product Support Manager – Underground while actively participating in daily URE service field and workshop activities, performing top?quality onsite maintenance, repairs, audits, and commissioning of newly delivered equipment.
- Deliver operator and technician training (including charged training), support customer service personnel with complex troubleshooting, and ensure effective knowledge transfer to enhance customer capability.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships by identifying needs through direct discussions, providing expert advice and tailored solutions, and ensuring high?quality service and technical support.
- Provide expert appraisals through visits, presentations, meetings, and documentation; collaborate with the Product Company (PC) on new project design, testing, and implementation; and share relevant technical information internally.
- Follow all environmental protection measures, adhere to customer and company procedures—including the Code of Conduct—and use company assets efficiently and responsibly.
- Actively use fleet monitoring systems (e.g., Fleetsync, TechInfor), provide spare?parts forecasting and recommendations, and perform any additional tasks assigned by the Product Support Manager – Underground..

Your Profile:
- More than 5 years' experience on Hauling and Loading Equipment with strong electrical, mechanical and hydraulic as well RCS experience (monitoring, trouble shooting, diagnosing of RCS)
- Effectively communicating and working with all Epiroc groups while providing best-in-class technical support for all internal and external customers is critical to success.
- Assessing the technical condition of machines and devices using diagnostic equipment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office programs (in particular, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Reading technical documentation
- Working experience in Underground loaders, Face drilling machines, production drilling machines and Rock Reinforcement equipment Knowledge.
