Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Officer based in Nungua. The Quality Control Officer will conduct routine inspections, evaluate processes, and ensure compliance with quality assurance standards. Daily responsibilities include monitoring products and production processes, performing laboratory tests, and identifying areas for improvement.
The role also involves preparing reports and communicating findings effectively to relevant teams while maintaining strict quality and safety protocols to uphold the company's standards.

Qualifications
- Strong Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills to ensure adherence to company and industry standards
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Laboratory Skills for conducting precise inspections and testing procedures
- Effective Communication skills to present findings and collaborate with teams
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to identify and address quality issues
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in the food production and distribution industry
- A bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in a similar role is highly advantageous
