Job Purpose:

Sales Manager A-Brand is responsible for driving business growth, strengthening relationships with Partners within Consumer Electronics, Telco, Monoband and Independent Retail Channels. The role focuses on new partners' acquisition and achieving sales targets, conducting in-depth market and pricing analyses, coordinating new product launches, and developing go-to-market pricing strategies in close collaboration with the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for A-Brand Consumer Electronics products to meet or exceed sales targets through all routes to market (RTMs)
  • Build, grow and manage relationships with key Partners and accounts
  • Grow channel partner network through onboarding, training, and development activities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts
  • Collaborate with Product and procurement teams to ensure competitive pricing and stock availability
  • Drive joint go-to-market activities with Brand and key Partners
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to adapt sales tactics
  • Prepare regular forecasts, reports, and market analysis for internal stakeholders
  • Ensure strong customer service and post-sales support through coordination with internal teams
  • Represent the company at industry events, vendor meetings, and partner conferences

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of sales experience in Consumer Electronics (with a Vendor, Distributor, or Retailer)
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written
  • Ability to create and deliver clear, effective presentations
  • Experience working with different sales channels and customer types
  • Goal-oriented and focused on achieving results
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with proven success in building good business relationships
