Job Summary
To conduct controlled oil palm pollination activities to support high fruit set, high-quality seed production, and overall plantation yield.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the oil palm for pollination in line with established quality and operational standards.
- Perform all duties efficiently, safely, and in an environmentally responsible manner, promptly reporting any issues or deviations.
- Maintain accurate, neat and timely records of all pollination and field activities.
- Assist other team members in achieving their assigned targets and departmental objectives.
- Support general production activities, including the maintenance of fields, production facilities, and other company assets.
Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications
- Senior High School Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to read and write effectively.
- Ability to work at height.
