Role Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Support Officer located in Tamale. The Business Support Officer will be responsible for providing administrative, operational, and business development support to the Tamale branch of Leasafric Ghana Plc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support identification and follow-up of prospective clients.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and term sheets.
  • Maintain client databases and lead trackers.
  • Support client onboarding and KYC processes and follow up on contract execution and renewals.
  • Coordinate vehicle deployment and returns and also responsible for tracking vehicle utilization and downtime.
  • Liaise with workshop and logistics teams and support with accident and insurance documentation
  • Maintain contract files and records and support invoicing follow-ups.
  • Prepare branch reports and track branch revenue and payments.
  • Support invoice follow-ups and handle inquiries and complaints.
  • Provide KPI data and act as first point of contact for clients
  • Coordinate meetings and visits.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Candidate must have a minimum of an HND/ Diploma in relevant discipline
  • A minimum of 1 - 3 years’ experience in secretarial, administrative, sales or business development is required
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Proactive and ability to take initiative
  • Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines
  • Appropriately assertive manner to deal with clients
  • Integrity and confidentiality are very key in this role
  • Ability to work well with people are essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
  • Familiarity with word processing and spreadsheet applications is beneficial
