Opportunity
As a growing organization, AGROPAL is seeking talents to complement its existing team with its mission of empowering every actor in the agricultural value chain. Therefore, AGROPAL is seeking to hire an Electrical Technician to work within its Maintenance Department.

Duties and Responsibilities
The hired candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Carry out routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment used in production.
- Respond promptly to electrical faults and breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
- Perform preventive maintenance according to approved schedules.
- Maintain electrical components of boilers, dryers, conveyors, cooling systems, packaging machines, motors, and control panels.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment.
- Follow electrical safety rules, factory safety procedures, and hygiene requirements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant electrical and food processing regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams.
Required Skills or Experience
Qualification & Experience
Qualified applicants must possess the following as discussed under the following thematic areas:
Education:
- Trade Certificate NVTI or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Skills & Competencies
- Basic industrial electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read electrical diagrams
- Knowledge of electrical safety practices
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision

- Factory-based role requiring shift work and occasional weekend duties. Exposure to electrical equipment, heat and noise machinery.
