Job Summary
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing and producing on-screen graphics for news, live parliamentary broadcasts and programmes to enhance visual storytelling and audience comprehension.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
The Graphic Designer shall provide support to the Clerk for Parliament and Management of the Service through the Director of Broadcasting by performing the following duties:
- Generating dynamic broadcast assets, including titles, lower thirds, complex infographics and motion animations
- Developing standardized visual templates for parliamentary broadcasts to ensure brand consistency across all legislative coverage
- Collaborating with production and editorial teams to enhance narrative clarity through high-impact visual aids
- Performing any other duties that may be assigned by the Clerk to Parliament
