Responsibilities
- Ensure packages are picked up and delivered on time to customers in good condition.
- Deliver packages according to the delivery model and deliver services to customers within the agreed window of time.
- Support customers with any service issues and promote the use of Zippy services to potential new customers.
- Prepare, inspect, and operate the EV’s (electric motorcycles).
- Ensure the vehicle is kept in good condition and service is done on time.

Requirements:
- Must possess a minimum of JHS certificate
- Must be competent with a minimum 1-year experience in delivery
- Having a valid motorcycle license is preferred but not mandatory
- Demonstrate good knowledge of google maps.
- Be honest and hardworking
- Have good communication skills in English
- Possess excellent customer service skills
