Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, innovative, and qualified English and Ghanaian language teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will inspire young learners in Basic School English language and Asante Twi. He/she is directly responsible to the Headteacher, and ultimately to the CEO.
We recommend that the candidate reside in Dome, Kwabenya, Haatso, Achimota, or environs.

Role & Responsibilities
As an English and Twi teacher, you will be expected to:
- Deliver lessons based on the Ghana Education Service (GES) Basic School English language and Asante Twi curriculums, and prepare JHS pupils in these subjects for BECE.
- Prepare engaging lesson plans and learning activities tailored to the age and ability of learners.
- Assess, monitor, and report on students’ progress.
- Organize language reading clubs, competitions, or exhibitions.
- Collaborate with other teachers and participate in school events and training.
- Serve as a class teacher
Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications/Experience
Candidates seeking appointment to this position must:
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Education with English and Twi specialization.
- Have at least 2–3 years of classroom teaching experience in English language and Asante Twi (basic school level experience is an advantage).
- JHS teaching experience with great results at BECE in the named languages
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- A passion for teaching and developing young minds in English and Twi Languages.
- Creative, resourceful, and enthusiastic about hands-on learning.
- Willingness to undergo training or workshops in new technologies.
