Job Summary
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in the Kumasi Metropolitan District. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating and managing content across various social media platforms, optimizing engagement and performance through Social Media Optimization (SMO), and managing communication efforts.

The role also involves analyzing performance metrics and staying updated with current social media trends to enhance the company's online presence and outreach.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Experience in crafting and executing effective Content Strategies
- Familiarity with analytics tools to track and measure performance
- Detail-oriented with an ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in a similar role is highly advantageous
