FAYMO Technologies develops .NET-based software and IT solutions for clients in Ghana. Our team builds web, mobile, and desktop applications using modern .NET tools like MAUI and integrates AI-assisted development.
Role Overview
We're looking for a proactive Full-Stack .NET Developer with skills in both development (.NET Core, MAUI) and IT/customer support. The role combines application development, maintaining codebases, and supporting customers and internal IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve responsive web and cross-platform apps (.NET Core, MAUI).
- Use AI-assisted tools (GitHub Copilot, Visual Studio IntelliCode, etc.) to speed up development and enhance code quality.
- Support users by troubleshooting app issues, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring data security and backups.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, handle onboarding, and manage infrastructure.

Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
- Strong C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET MAUI skills; experience with XAML, native integrations, and deployment.
- Database knowledge (SQL Server, PostgreSQL), front-end familiarity (HTML5, CSS3, JS/TS).
- Experience with Git, REST APIs, authentication, Azure Basics, and MAUI publishing.
- Practical use of AI coding tools.
- Solid IT troubleshooting and strong communication skills.
- Resides near East Legon, Accra; valid right to work in Ghana.
