Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role located in Accra. The Accountant will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including preparing financial records, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities also include preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and auditing financial transactions. The role may involve providing financial insights to support decision-making and improving internal accounting processes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are an asset
- 3–5 years of accounting experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and preparing financial statements
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing, and tax compliance
- Experience in using accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail, organisational, and time-management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with the tax regulations and financial practices in Ghana
