We are preparing for large-scale rollout with partner organizations and are looking for a passionate and creative professional to help grow our online presence and community.
Role Overview
The Social Media & Marketing Manager will support the growth of BantuHive by creating content, managing social media pages, promoting fundraising campaigns, and helping build an engaged online community.
This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in digital marketing, startups, social impact, and tech.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow BantuHive’s social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn)
- Create content: posts, short videos, stories, and simple graphics
- Promote active fundraising campaigns and partner organizations
- Engage with followers (reply comments, DMs, community interaction)
- Track basic performance (reach, engagement, growth)
- Support online promotions and occasional offline outreach events
- Collaborate with founder on campaign ideas and content strategy
Requirements
- Strong interest in social media, marketing, and digital content
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and trends
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
- Good communication skills
- Creative and proactive
- Reliable and able to meet simple deadlines
Nice to have (not required):
- Marketing, communication, IT, or journalism background
- Experience managing a page or running a campaign
- Basic knowledge of ads and analytics
