About the Role
We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating quality leads, closing property sales, and building long-term client relationships to consistently achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and follow up with potential clients
- Conduct professional property viewings and sales presentations
- Negotiate and close property sales to meet or exceed monthly targets
- Maintain accurate client records, reports, and sales documentation
- Collaborate effectively with marketing and customer service teams to drive sales performance

Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in real estate or a sales-related role
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales mindset with a customer-focused approach
- Good knowledge of the local property market
