About the Role:
The Multimedia Designer will create visually engaging content across digital platforms, supporting marketing, social media, and brand initiatives. This role involves designing graphics, animations, and short-form videos that align with brand identity and campaign goals. Applicants must be located in or near Cape Coast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and animations for digital and print use
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and visual assets
- Edit and optimize visual materials for social media, websites, and presentations
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a multimedia or graphic designer
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Canva, Davinci Resolve or similar software.
- Blender (or 3D software equivalent) skills is a plus
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and layout design
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Technical / University degree or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing
- Familiarity with social media content creation and digital marketing
Work Schedule:
40 hours per week
