Star Eye Solutions (SES) is a health-focused organization dedicated to providing accessible eye care services, vision screening, and optical solutions across Ghana. Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Accra for an Associate Optometrist. The Associate Optometrist will conduct comprehensive eye examinations, diagnose and manage eye conditions, and recommend optical solutions tailored to patient needs. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality eye care services while participating in community outreach and vision health programs.

Additionally, you will provide preventive care education and build strong relationships with patients to ensure their ocular health and overall well-being are prioritised.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in conducting comprehensive eye examinations and basic diagnostics.
- Knowledge in managing eye conditions and recommending optical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build patient relationships and promote preventive care education.
- Ability to work in a collaborative healthcare team and engage in community outreach activities.
- Commitment to ethical practices, clinical professionalism, and delivering measurable impact.
- Licensed Optometrist with relevant certifications in good standing.
- Experience in mobile or community health delivery is a plus.
- A dedication to public health objectives and serving underserved communities is highly valued.
