Role Overview
The Content Curator will lead the planning and execution of all content for 44 Wood, ensuring it is research-driven, aligned with our premium brand positioning, and supports marketing campaigns and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a structured content calendar aligned with business and campaign objectives
- Create high-quality captions, scripts, blog articles, and email content
- Conduct research on design trends, customer insights, and competitors to inform content direction
- Translate project and technical details into clear, engaging content
- Provide creative direction for photo and video content in collaboration with the team
- Ensure consistent and timely delivery of content across all platforms
- Align all content with brand messaging, campaigns, and commercial goals
- Track content performance and optimize based on engagement and inquiries

Skills & Requirements
- Strong research and analytical ability
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills
- Understanding of digital marketing and content performance
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with execution
- High attention to detail and brand consistency
Experience
- 2–3+ years in content strategy, content marketing, or related roles
- Proven portfolio of content work (social, blog, or campaigns)
- Experience in design, architecture, or home/lifestyle brands is an advantage
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Consistent delivery of content based on calendar
- Quality and relevance of content output
- Contribution to engagement, enquiries, and campaign performance
- Turnaround time for content development
- Alignment with brand and marketing objectives
