Faith Group of Companies, a leading Frozen Food, logistics and real estate business, is seeking to recruit qualified and detail-oriented Stock Officers to join our Tamale operations.
Job Summary
The Stock Officer will be responsible for accurate stock recording, monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting to ensure effective inventory control and minimize losses.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, record, and issue stock accurately in line with company procedures
- Maintain daily stock records and update inventory systems
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations
- Prepare stock movement and variance reports
- Liaise with Accounts, Operations, and Branch Management on stock matters
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
- Identify and report stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies promptly

Required Skills or Experience
Qualification
- Minimum of HND/Degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines
- Good integrity and accountability
- Prior experience in a stock, warehouse, retail, or cold store environment is an advantage
