Faith Group of Companies, a leading Frozen Food, logistics and real estate business, is inviting applications from qualified and trustworthy individuals to fill the position of Cashier at our branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive payments from customers (cash, POS, mobile money).
- Issue accurate receipts and ensure correct pricing of items.
- Balance cash drawer and submit daily sales reports.
- Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Report discrepancies, shortages, or system issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cashier area.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures.

Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications
- Minimum of Senior High School Certificate with similar experience/Diploma/Degree in relevant field with similar experience.
- Computer literate with windows proficiency
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
- Good numerical and communication skills.
- High level of honesty, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and during weekends or holidays.
- Good customer service attitude.
