Job Summary
The Processing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all seed processing activities to ensure the production of high-quality, certified oil palm seeds that meet company requirements. The role requires collaboration with the production team to achieve production targets and continuous improvement in seed processing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise and supervise the day-to-day activities of the Processing Team to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure that all seed processing records are accurately maintained and completed in a timely manner.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on processed seeds and all activities undertaken at the Processing Section.
- Maximise seed production from each bunch by exercising excellent control at all stages of processing and ensuring that seed breakage and seed infection rates remain below 5%.
- Ensure the continuous training and capacity development of Processors in line with the approved annual training schedule.
- Actively participate in the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
- Develop, maintain, and lead a highly motivated team of Processors committed to continuous performance improvement.
- Ensure that all seed processing equipment and machinery are maintained.

Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Science or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
