Fine Print Limited, located in Tema's Heavy Industrial Area on a 22-acre site, is a leading paper converting company in Ghana. Originally a trading business, it expanded into manufacturing a wide range of paper products, including sheeted papers, duplex boards, and the first major toilet tissue roll brand in Ghana, Soft Touch.
The company has also established a recycling plant for producing paper egg trays and operates a multiwall paper bag production unit for industrial packaging. Known for its high-quality commercial printing and packaging solutions, Fine Print prides itself on delivering excellence to its customers.
Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Supervisor, based in Tema. The role involves overseeing HR management activities, ensuring effective employee relations, implementing performance management strategies, and enforcing HR policies. The Human Resource Supervisor will also provide administrative support, address workplace conflicts, and work closely with management to enhance organizational performance and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Expertise in Employee Relations and Performance Management to foster a positive work environment.
- Ability to develop and enforce HR Policies to ensure compliance and maintain organizational standards.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in recruitment, training, and staff development is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
