Job Summary
We are a growing tiles and building materials business committed to delivering quality products and excellent customer service. As we expand, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Shop Manager / Sales Person.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the tile shop.
- Welcome and assist customers with product selection.
- Drive sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
- Maintain inventory records, ensure proper stock management and accounting using QuickBooks.
- Oversee shop cleanliness, display arrangements, and overall presentation.
- Prepare daily sales reports and support management with business insights.

Required Skills or Experience
- Female candidate, aged 20 to 25 years.
- Candidate must live around Bantama, Abrepo, and Bohyen Areas in Kumasi (Ashanti Region)
- Minimum of diploma or degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
- Strong sales/marketing skills, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of online/digital marketing and advertisement.
- Energetic, confident, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy (Excel, Word) is preferred.
- Basic knowledge in using QuickBooks for inventory management, invoicing, sales tracking and reporting.
