Role Objective
Drive consistent client acquisition for Akoteq’s digital, technical, and advisory services by owning lead generation, pitching, and deal closure. This role is execution-focused and strictly performance-based.
What Akoteq Sells (Very Important)
You will be selling professional digital and technical services, including but not limited to:
- Website design, refinement, and redevelopment
- UI/UX improvement and performance optimization
- Business-focused digital platforms
- Content-ready and scalable web solutions
- Advisory-aligned digital execution for organizations, SMEs, and institutions
You are expected to understand the value, not just push sales.

Core Responsibilities
Sales (Primary Responsibility)
- Prospect and qualify potential clients
- Pitch Akoteq’s services clearly and confidently
- Own the full sales cycle: outreach → pitch → follow-up → close
- Close a minimum of 5 deals per month
- Push toward 10+ deals monthly as standard performance
- Maintain a clean and trackable sales pipeline
Marketing & Lead Support
- Support lead generation through outbound and inbound efforts
- Use content (websites, proposals, case-style explanations) as sales tools
- Provide market feedback to improve offers and messaging
Reporting & Accountability
- Weekly sales activity summary
- Monthly report showing:
- Leads engaged
- Deals closed
- Revenue generated
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to sell digital / tech / professional services
- Self-managed, disciplined, and target-driven
- 3-5 years of work Experience
Performance Rules (Strict)
- 5 closed deals per month is mandatory
- Consistent failure to meet targets will trigger review
- High performers (10+ deals monthly) will be prioritized for:
- Higher-value leads
- Expanded responsibilities
- Long-term growth opportunities
