Responsibilities
- Expand digital revenue streams and lead go-to-market strategies for new services
- Ensure operational excellence and service uptime
- Lead financial performance and cost efficiency
- Oversee digital infrastructure and technology innovation
- Uphold governance, risk & compliance standards
- Develop talent and strengthen organizational capability
Qualification Required & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Digital Strategy, Data Engineering, or a related field
- Master’s degree (MBA) in Technology Management or Digital Transformation
- Minimum 10 years experience in digital technology, ISP or IT infrastructure with 5 years in senior management
- Proven experience managing large-scale IT or ISP operations serving
