Cool Guy Air-Conditioning Service Company is seeking to recruit AC Technician
Job Summary:
Skilled AC Technicians with NABPT certification are invited to join our professional team for full-time roles servicing home and office air conditioning systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing AC systems;
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues efficiently;
- Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance;
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations; and
- Delivering excellent customer service with clear client communication.

Qualification Required & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience as an AC Technician.
- NABPT (National Board for Professional Technicians) certification or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.

Salary: GHS 3,000–4,000 per month plus performance-based incentives
