Job Summary
This is a full-time, on-site teaching role at Eastern Hills Montessori School, based in Nkawkaw. The teacher will be responsible for developing and delivering lesson plans aligned with the Montessori curriculum to guide children through their learning journey.

Daily tasks include leading engaging educational activities, observing and supporting children in reaching developmental milestones, maintaining records of student progress, and fostering a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment. Collaboration with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support each child's education and growth is also an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Skills in Lesson Planning and designing age-appropriate learning activities
- Experience in Education and Teaching, particularly with Montessori methods
- Strong Communication and ability to work collaboratively with families and colleagues
- Expertise in Training and providing guidance to young learners
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for early childhood education
- Previous teaching experience in early childhood or Montessori settings is a plus
- Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
