KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Diagnose SME business challenges and growth opportunities
  • Drive measurable revenue growth
  • Support job creation and youth deployment
  • Deploy productivity talent via Bapx
  • Prepare SMEs for bank and investor funding
  • Track performance weekly using ClickUp dashboards

PERFORMANCE TARGETS

  • Manage up to 50 SMEs
  • Deliver 20–50% annual revenue growth per SME
  • Enable 100–250 jobs per year
  • Produce 5–10 investmentready SMEs annually

COMPENSATION

  • Competitive base (countryadjusted)
  • 10–25% commission on revenue growth, advisory fees, talent deployment, and funding success
  • Performance bonuses
  • Top ULTRA BDOs outearn managers

WHO SHOULD APPLY

TRAINING & CERTIFICATION

  • 6–8 weeks intensive ULTRA BDO training
