KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Diagnose SME business challenges and growth opportunities
- Drive measurable revenue growth
- Support job creation and youth deployment
- Deploy productivity talent via Bapx
- Prepare SMEs for bank and investor funding
- Track performance weekly using ClickUp dashboards
PERFORMANCE TARGETS
- Manage up to 50 SMEs
- Deliver 20–50% annual revenue growth per SME
- Enable 100–250 jobs per year
- Produce 5–10 investmentready SMEs annually

COMPENSATION
- Competitive base (countryadjusted)
- 10–25% commission on revenue growth, advisory fees, talent deployment, and funding success
- Performance bonuses
- Top ULTRA BDOs outearn managers
WHO SHOULD APPLY
